How to Have Unwavering Belief in yourself!
“Self-belief is the key to realise your full potential. Knowing and understanding yourself fully is the way to complete self-belief.”
Do you completely believe in yourself? 100 percent?
Can you count on yourself one hundred percent? Always?
If you’re wondering, what does that mean?
Let me explain…
When you say to yourself, I’ll not be bothered by this person or situation again and you don’t.
When you promise yourself that you’ll eat healthy and you do.
When you promise yourself, you won’t be angry at your child again and you don’t.
When you decide to wake up at 6 in the morning and go out for a jog and you do.
When you wish you wouldn’t beat yourself up for some small mistakes and you don’t.
When you want to stay relaxed and don’t wanna stress out and that’s what you do.
In all such times when what you desire, you think, you feel and you do…all are one… in complete alignment with each other; you feel at complete peace and bliss.
You feel whole and do trust yourself completely.
While when you do the opposite of what you expect from yourself, you betray no one else but yourself.
You let yourself down and every time you do that, your belief goes down a little. If you keep on doing that often, soon you stop believing and trusting your own self.
You might try hard to raise your self-belief and self-esteem.
You do affirmations and intentions. You try hypnosis and law of attraction, but wonder why you don’t feel the power of true self-belief.
You can pretend to be confident and put on a mask for society but with one person you can’t hide the truth and “That is You”.
Know that your true power lies in working on yourself (your inner work), in knowing the truth of who you are.
The more you come in alignment with your thoughts and feelings, more clarity you have, and gradually you start believing in yourself.
This is the foundation of self-belief.
Your belief in yourself is your true power & security; not your outer identity, skills, position or the things you own in life.
Start building unwavering trust in you.
