Did Buddha have bad days too?

Have you ever wondered did Buddha have bad days too?

I wonder about that some times.

And I think he did.

On a path of Self-realisation, many of us find ourselves connected with the higher goals in life….like knowing the purpose & meaning of life, moving towards spiritual enlightenment.

Does this mean that once we’re there, we’ll be in continuous bliss and an ever present joy every moment?

May be not.

Does that mean, we’ll be highly aware of our thoughts and emotions all (or most) of the time?

Definitely Yes.

Will we be in control of choosing whether a challenge or a difficult situation / incident / event can put us off our course, for how long? 10 days, 10 minutes or just 10 seconds before we come back to our centre, to the source of our being?

Definitely Yes.

“Spiritual evolution doesn’t mean that you do not feel any pain, sadness or even excitement about anything. But it does mean that you do not suffer with any of these things.”

It surely means that you’ll be so graceful at surfing the waves of life.

When a huge wave will come, you might get swept off and go along with the flow but you will still be able to stand strong and steady.

You’ll be able to see the waves come & go, without letting it impact the essence of who you are!

Just like an ocean…you stay as you are and let the waves pass through you!

And when that happens, bad days are not bad any more than just a wave which leaves even more light to your being…

Much love.
